OMG Why is it so hard to locate a students password???

I'm sorry that you're having this frustrating experience:( If your student is over the age of 13, they will be "in charge" of their own passwords and will need to reset their password from their account.
If the student is under 13, you can reset a password for them by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click into the class that the student has joined.
3. In the left column, go down to and click Students.
4. Click on the student whose password you would like to reset.
5. Locate three tabs across the top: Activity log, Assignments, Settings. Click Settings.
6. Enter a new password in the New Password fields.
If your student is over 13, please have them log in and access their settings to reset their password or you can submit a help ticket so that our team can assist you:)

The 3 tabs no longer say this. Instead of "settings" it now says "skills." This article is no longer helpful for this problem. We are unable to find an answer to this question.
