You go to the search bar on the top left, type "hot list", and it should come up as browse projects. Click the link, and that's the Hot List.

You can find the hotlist here. https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/computer-programming/browse

Or, in Khan Academy, you can also find it this way (in addition to what Malycia suggests). Click on "Courses" in the top left corner. Under "COMPUTING," click "Computer programming." Scroll to the bottom and select "Browse projects."

The hotlist is where you can find popular projects (by number of recent votes). There are also categories for recent projects in general, official contests, and programs by number of total votes.

To get on the hotlist, you must get many votes on one project in a short amount of time. However, that project will eventually also disappear from the hotlist.
