I can't seem to take my test?

How can we help?

Hi,

I have a test scheduled for today but I can't seem to take it. On the left bar where all of the tests and test days show up, there's no option available to take the test, it's just greyed out. There's no header saying I can take my test either.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out. Could it be that you are attempting to complete the 13th test? One thing to note is that the LSAT only has 12 tests available for our users at the moment. This is the reason why you see the 13th Test greyed out since it is not valid. We are aware of this problem and are currently working on ways to disable the option of scheduling more than 12 tests.

If you have already gone through all of the available tests and would like to continue practicing then I recommend you keep on practicing your recommendations and if you would like to start over then my best suggestion would be to create a new account to start fresh.
