Re-activate Ace Auto Completion on KA

KA still has all of the code for ace auto completion in the source code, I don't know how to manually turn it on with devtools yet, but if you go to a blank new program start a comment and start typing you should see the auto complete tab pop up.  It's fully operational they just don't make it automaticaly work.  I think it would be a great tool for the KA web editor.
