System won't let me add my child to my parent account

How can we help?

I am extremely frustrated. I am trying to add my child under my parent account. He has an account already, with an email address, and is using his account daily. Every time I try to add him, by clicking the add child button, then I type in his email address, that I double and triple checked to be sure it was the same one listed on his account, then click the send invite button the system says, "Oops! We weren't able to submit your invitation. Please try again."

I don't know what else to do. Please help!

Hi Kelly,

I've had this happen with a few students. The easiest workaround is for the student to go into their own settings page then add the parent email there. Please remember that you can only have one parent account associated with each child, but you can have an unlimited number of teachers, so that teachers, a second parent, grandparents. etc. can all see which activities the student is doing and how they progress.

Hi I'm also having this issue and have submitted many support tickets. Where is the 'email' field in the kids app? That is the only way I can access their accounts. If I try to log in on the website then it takes me to my account. I used my email to create their accounts, you need to fix this.
