I agree with everyone on this page who has stated that we, as teachers, who use this tool for our student's advantage and learning should be able to have our students mastery points recorded in our "student" records.
Is this a philosophical position or is it a technological issue. If it is the former, could you please lay out the rationale for not allowing us to see our student's mastery level recorded by unit as they do. I do not understand the educational purpose of allowing students but not teachers to see their individual progress.
If it is a technological issue - which I do not see how it could be - then, is this something you could use resources and technical expertise to overcome?
