Hi there!
This issue sounds user specific if you can still see your other child's progress. I'll link some articles here and here just in case there's something helpful in them.
In the mean time, could you fill out a help ticket for a staff member to look at? They will be more equipped to help you here. Remember to be specific when filling out the ticket, as the prompts will ask for anything that could be helpful to the staff.

I can't either. It's happening about 3 days ago. It used to show the minutes that my child worked for each day. Now it's zero (See below)

ENYU XU In that screenshot, are you logged in under your child's account or your own account? If you're logged in under your own account, then it looks like that page is showing your own progress, not your child's progress, which should be accessed here.
When account progress appears to be missing, it is usually because the child or student is not logged in. Can you verify that your child is logged in, and then try having them complete a video or exercise and see whether or not that appears on the activity log?

I logged in as my child's account. Well, the issue has been resolved actually.
