I want to be able to review my past Course Challenges so I could see what problems I missed, and the material I should work on.

Unfortunately, like Lisa said in the post, this is currently not a feature on KA. Test results will, however, show you which topics you missed or didn't level up on, so that could be a good indicator or which topics/materials to work on. Also, with Mastery Challenges or Unit Tests for example, the questions you miss and don't level up on will be on material previously covered in that same unit, so the knowledge isn't far!
Like Lisa said, the best I can do is encourage you to follow the News and Updates forum for alerts of new content, found here.
