A way to know which comments are off-topic?

Hello,

Depending on what was said, it could fall into a few different categories. Here are a few general rules about discussions.

Now I'm not a Guardian, but I have been monitoring the discussion pages for a while now. Another reason the guardian said it might be "off-topic" could be because it was a comment that belonged in the Tips and Thanks, but was posted in the Questions tab, or vise versa. That's just a guess though, as I don't know what was said.

Please avoid using Khan Academy to chat with other users; this includes Staff Discussions. Discussions like those ones go against our guidelines, so I suggest you stop participating in them.
