Whats The Point in learning K.A. Coding?

Hello my dream is to become a professional coder but i don't see the point in learning kahn if the code wont help with anything long term. What i mean is that i don't want to go super far or even just a little far into this coarse and then have to completely start over in another program. Do you learn stuff in actual java that you learn here and would it be worth it to continue this coarse (which ive all ready started and learned the basics) or move onto a different one for more long term code?

Khan Academy offers courses in HTML/CSS, SQL, and JavaScript. Khan Academy does not offer courses in Java. The courses are designed specifically for beginners and teach concepts, like variables, functions, loops, and objects, which are common to many programming languages.

By completing the KA courses, you will learn concepts that will make it easier to learn additional programming languages. You will build basic logic and problem-solving skills. All of this can help you as you move forward in your career as a professional coder.

Khan Academy courses are designed with younger learners in mind and may seem overly simple. This does not mean that the foundations aren't solid.

A nice feature of learning to code on Khan Academy is the immediate, visual feedback that you get on the canvas. You do not need to save your code, close the file, and run it separately. Another nice feature is that there is an active community on Khan Academy who are happy to answer questions or to review your code and offer help when you are having trouble.
