Notifications API

I've been experimenting with some Notifications API in the KACP recently. It's pretty cool what I've learned so far but I realize that some users could spam notifications if they were allowed permission (I obviously wouldn't of course).

I'm just looking for some confirmation on whether I can use this maybe for my sub page or a team page or something, or if I should only experiment with it and use it on other platforms. Thanks for your time!
