I created an account Sept 15 and I just made accounts for my children yesterday. They did some work and none of the progress is showing. I think I may have done something wrong and I don't know if I can delete and start again or if I can get help to fix the problem and have my kids actually in the program.

Thank you for reaching out! In order for you to see the progress in your children's accounts, they must be linked to you as their parent account. That said, could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? This way our support channel can have a deeper look at it.
