Hello Sumanyu,
This is among the most widely asked for requests on Khan Academy, and I to not think that this will be implemented, because if the team were really going to do it, they probably would have by now. Plus, it is a TON of work to make a new programming course. There needs to be lots of exercises added, videos filmed, articles written, and support for a whole new language.
That being said, unfortunately I do not think we will be seeing a Python course on Khan Academy.
