Problem getting students access to SAT Prep

I am a teacher and I am having a lot of problems getting access to SAT prep for some of my 10th grade students. After making sure that they have a College Board account and that it is synced to Khan Academy, many of my students are still unable to access the SAT prep material. All they get is a white screen/blue screen.  Whenever they try to add SAT as a course, it just sends them to a white screen.  We have tried to access the test prep option under Courses in the blue section, but it just gives them "how to" videos.  Can someone please advise us on how to get them to the proper material.

There are also some students who have not been able to add me as their teacher.  It only gives them the option to add a parent or guardian, therefore I am not able to track how much time and practice that they are actually getting.
