Issues with both Android Phone and iPad Apps, July 14, 2020
First, I want to mention that I have reported these problems separately using Report a Problem, found in the top right corner of all Support Community pages. If any of you are experiencing this issue, you may post about it here, but also please use Report a Problem so that Khan is made even more aware of the issues.
The problem on my Android phone (not sure if it also exists on Android tablets) is that the application doesn't load at all and gives the message "Khan Academy keeps stopping".
The problem on my iPad (not sure if it also exists on iPhones) is that the icons for subject areas no longer show up, only the icons for the courses I've selected plus a list of recent lessons.
