Now that missions are gone, is there a place on Khan Academy where I can go to do all the problems that I haven't done yet from one location? It was a lot easier for me to go to the "All of Math" section and just click on the one mastery challenge to get everything that I am missing from BC calculus down to 1st grade completed in one link.

Thank you for reaching out! However, I am afraid such a system does not yet exist in our Mastery System. As much as we know this feature to be important, it was not yet implemented - and this feedback will be registered here, accessible for our responsible team to check on it and take in consideration as we plan the future of Khan Academy.
