Ability to Access Related Videos After Getting a Question Wrong

This could be some confusion on my part, but sometimes if I have incorrectly answered a question and "asked for help" and "gotten a hint" I am only able to see the hint and not related videos. It's possible these questions do not have related videos?? It's extremely annoying if the hint is not clearing up confusion and I have to move on without understanding. Has anyone else had this issue?
