Update: Introducing Get Ready for Grade Level Math Courses!

Could you give me some suggestions?

I'm from China and I'm attending grade 9 of US high school this fall, and the math course settings of the two countries are completely different. My school recommends me to learn precalculus, and I want to get ready for getting better score. I'm sure there are plenty of things I did not learn at past.

Should I take Algebra 2 or Get Ready For Precalculus this summer?

Since a lot of what you learn in higher level math courses building upon what one should understand in the previous years, it would probably be a good strategy to review the skills in Algebra 2 and identify anything that you feel you should review. Math skills build upon each other and it's always important to make sure there are no learning gaps that will trip you up later in your math career. 

Since the Khan content is available regardless of what you decide to do, perhaps you can work on both (which is likely best if you don't need to spend too much time on Algebra 2 and want to review skills while also moving forward). There are many routes you can take to guide your own learning, so ultimately the decision of what to study and how to study it is yours.

How can I help my first grader going onto second with your courses? My third going onto fourth is really excited with the Get Ready course but my younger one says first grade is too easy but second is too hard, can you help me figure this out??

My second grader completed the grade level course challenge and had acquired some mastery points. Now it is prompting to retake it while all mastery points have been zeroed back out. Is there anyway to get that back without having to start from square one again?
