Keep the missions!!!

Thank you for writing in with your request! I do understand where you're coming from and I love to see your enthusiasm for Missions. However, as we continue to grow and expand, we are striving to enhance our users' experience with our site.

As you may know, to accomplish this we are upgrading all of Khan Academy to a new code base and this is the main reason why Missions is being removed. Missions is written in an old code base which is no longer sustainable, leading to bugs and latency pains we regularly hear from our teachers and learners.

Keep in mind that your Mission progress and rewards will not be lost! Any progress on skills made in Missions will be automatically synced and ported over to Course Mastery - so there is no need to start back from the beginning!
