If you're still experiencing this issue, could you please submit a support ticket? This will allow the support team to look into the situation and see what may be happening in your student's accounts.

As long as they have an account (13 or over), or you set one up for them (under 13 years), then all they have to do is sign in with their username and password to be able to access everything.
