Student Progress
I have students saying they are completing the videos and assignments. Even sending me screenshots of them doing so. It is not showing up on my teacher end as the assignments and videos even being started.
Same. Does anybody have a solution?
I have noticed my students are doing the assignments from the site...not my assignments (if that makes sense). I have told them they need to find their name in the top right hand corner. From there click "Learner Home". There they will see where they need to do the assignments from. So far, so good. The videos are still not always showing they are doing them though.
I am having a similar problem, but with just one student. His parents and himself say that he completed all the assignments I have assigned.
When I go to Teacher dashboard > Classes > (click on my class) > Students > (click on that student's name). Under Activity Log I can see where he has completed the exact same activities that I have assigned. When I click on "Assignments" for this student, none of the activities are showing up as completed.
Why would this be happening?
(I should say that I did extend deadlines recently, but none of the other student work was affected.)
I am also having this problem, but only with one student.
When I check her progress, the box reads, "No results." Our current solution is to have her screen shot the page when she finishes and email it to me, but that is getting old.
Any thoughts? Help?
I’m not experienced handling these kinds of situations. But, the only thing I can say for now is to submit a support ticket so someone can get in touch with you and possibly provide help.
Thank you to both of you! I will definitely send in a ticket. It is getting tedious to check one student's work and have to sort through that when the whole class assignment viewing is a feature.
My daughter is completing work that is reflected under the heading "courses", as a percentage of the course completed, however under the heading of "progress", it is stated - "no progress yet", which I know to be incorrect. Please help.

When assignments do not register as complete to a teacher, this could be due to several reasons:
