Student Work Not Saving
Some of my students´ work isn´t saving. They will complete an assignment, quiz, or test, and it won´t save. We´ve tried logging out and back in and redoing the assignments multiple times.
Several of my students are experiencing the same issue and I can't determine the problem, the fix, or how to reach Khan Academy directly to resolve the issue.
I am having this same problem, can someone tell me where I can get help?
For videos, the FAQ, says it could be contributed to spotty internet connection, if a student skips a few seconds of video,
Stops a few seconds short, clicked next video or tried to play another. Idea while the first was still playing. The student should see a full blue bar with a check indicating the video activity was completed.
Same issue here. I contacted them yesterday and sent photos my students sent me showing completed and of my teacher screen showing not attempted. I haven't heard back from they yet. I have a feeling that their servers are just overloaded with all of the new people that have joined recently.
I’m also having this issue. I’ve asked students to just let me know when they complete an activity for now, since it seems to happen repeatedly with certain students.

Same issue here. I had my students send me screenshots of their lesson page so I could see that they completed it. I agree with csvanderzee, servers are overloaded.
Evidently, this is still an issue. I thought it was me, so I watched their latest webinar about student view. Didn't help.
We see this kind of situation fairly frequently, and it could be due to a few scenarios. If you don’t mind, could you please verify the following:
Your students are completing the assignments while logged into the accounts that are connected to your teacher account. You can verify their account credentials from your dashboard directly if need be.
Your students are only completing the assignments after they have been assigned. If they complete assignments before having them assigned, they will not be reflected in your Teacher Dashboard.
Your students are completing the assignments that have been assigned to them. To check if assignments have been assigned to all students, please visit the Manage tab on your class settings.
If this does not resolve the issue, could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? This will allow the support team to look into your account to see why it is not recording progress
