Several of my students are saying they have fully watched the videos I have assigned. When I go to check their progress under Score, there is no green check, even after they have watched the video 2 or 3 times fully. I've looked under their Activity Overview and it shows they have spent time on Khan Academy, but not what they were doing. How can I fix this so I can give them credit for watching the videos?

If you haven't already, I suggest reading this article, as it offers several explanations for why the videos may not be marked as completed.
You may also need to log out and log back in, as this can sometimes fix missing progress on the Scores page.
