Hi! I have students that are showing 0 attempts on a skill, but there is a score indicated next to each assignment.

I am having the same issue, although mine just shows a hyphen, or dash "-", not even a zero showing for attempts.

I have the same issue. Usually a dash means no attempts (thus, no score)... but my kids are getting scores with "0" Attempts. So weird.
