Some students scores are not showing up but they have completed the assignment

I am having the same issue.  

I am having the same issue.  I know students earned a 100 on an exercise set, but it says not completed and will not indicate the number of attempts.

Not only the "scores" not showing up, but also whether they have viewed (completed?) watching the videos prior to an exercize.  I have no idea what to tell them in order to remedy the situation.  For now, I cannot trust the Khan application. 

I am also having the same issue. Some video check marks and exercise scores are showing and some are not yet I can see that the student did the work. 

I am having the SAME issue with my students.    I can see scores for some.   Not for all.   Some kids can see assignments ONLY through Khan.   Some can only access if I put in Google Classroom (but then I can't see scores!)  I've given my class code multiple times.   Have tried everything!    Ironically, the students in my class that usually cannot follow directions well are the ones whose scores are showing up in Khan for me to see!    This is getting SO frustrating because I can't see who has completed what and how they did!

All "seemed" to be somewhat ok until I started assigning the new BETA ELA???   

I am experiencing the same after 6 months. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I am having the same problem.  I am making sure they are signed in, in my class and then watch them do the work and the score doesn't show up and it says the assignment is not completed.  

VERY FRUSTRATING. Hard to want to make a donation when this is happening. 

i view the activity log and can see each attempt of exercise set and count them up. i can also see minutes on other activities. It takes a lot more time, but I have been able to figure ways to give or not give credit. I just want it to work the way its supposed to.

My students are having the same problem and their parents are not happy. Neither am I. Has anyone gone to the help center and gotten any kind of response about this???  Any contact from the site at all? 

No response from the help desk. For me it seems to be happening to students who started working after the original deadline for the assignment. Very frustrating! 

Really?  Well, if I do not hear from them by the end of the day, I will simply find another way to get my students work to them. 

This is ridiculous. 

I have contacted the help desk already. They replied pretty quickly after I submitted but it was only with some trouble shooting and what to send them if I have done the troubleshooting, which I had. So I emailed them back yesterday around 4pm US central time with that information they asked for, but I have not heard back from them yet :( I am hoping to hear back from them soon, but I am thinking you all are going to also have to submit a help request as well. The more people that submit a help request, the more they realize this is an actual issue and not user error.

I have several students having the same issue and parents are very frustrated!  Has anyone gotten any information or answers from the site yet?

I have not received a response from the site yet. Very frustrating as so many of us are relying on this for remote learnnig. 

I'm experiencing the same exact issue. All was working great until I assigned a couple lessons to an individual student versus the entire class. I don't know if it was coincidental, but it is very frustrating.

I am having the same issue. I had a student contact me to ask if I could see her answers the program said she failed the questions but I see no scores showing up. All I see is the time they spent on the videos. 
I'm also a tad confused because when I went through the videos and assigned the lessons I did not come across any questions so I don't even know to which questions she is referring. 
It would be nice to see a Student View so I know what my students are talking about. I created my own account, as a student, but I still see more than what they do so I'm at a loss.

I tell my students that they have to send me a screenshot of the problem they are struggling with.  Otherwise I have no idea what the problem is asking.

Extremely frustrating, going to investigate an alternative learning platform for the next 6 weeks if this cannot be resolved.

I seem to have the same problem. I assigned a practice. Monitored them working. 

Only 7 students scores show up.

Same problem here. I'm wondering if it is some setting in their browsers. I think I'll have them try Safari and Firefox--it's not working for some in Chrome.

I've never had a problem with Chrome, as long as the cache and cookies are cleared on a regular basis.

Is there any chance that they are dong the assignments before you actually assign them?

This will allow us to take a look at your account directly in order to more easily determine what the issue may be, as there's several different reasons why progress may be incomplete or appear to be missing.

When progress doesn't seem to register correctly, this could be due to several reasons:

• The students have duplicate accounts: it may be the case that the student is completing work in a different account than the one you assigned to. Therefore, it is important to check:
• Is the account on which the student is completing work the same you have been assigning? You can verify their account credentials from your dashboard directly if need be.
• Does the student have multiple ways to log into Khan Academy (for example, Google Classroom account, Clever account, parent created account)? This can greatly improve the chances of a mix-up between accounts.
• The assignments were completed before they were assigned: if the work has been completed before you assign it, it won't show as complete on your end.
• Video assignments: for a video to be registered as complete, the student 1) can't change tabs while the video is playing, 2) can't skip any parts of the video.
• Not all students were assigned work: to check if assignments have been assigned to all students, please visit the Manage tab on your class settings.  

If the problem persists after we rule out these alternatives, could you please submit a support ticket?
