So I'm looking for this program but the problem is I forgot the link and author.

Is there a way to search up projects by title or author?
I think that feature would be useful.

It is possible to query the API to get programs, some users have managed to query a wide range of programs. This endeavor, should you choose to do by yourself, may take from several hours to several weeks. As for searching by author, having a link to the author's project page is sufficient.

Here's a program that can find programs with at least 10 upvotes 2 years and older.
