Looks like I'm seeing the same thing.
Child's ipad show 45,344 energy points, but logged into a laptop he see 52,285- which is what I see in my partner dashboard, the dashboard does list exercises he has done on the iPad recently
Plus he can't access need new badges or avatars on the iPad but I'm guessing that is a missing featire

I believe I'm having a similar issue. My parent account shows my daughter has 27,000+ energy points on my dashboard, but on her android app, it just says ZERO. I asked her why she hasn't used any points to purchase any avatars or upgrades, and she told me she didn't have any energy points.

Little update from me which might explain some of this.
My son discovered this morning that in the web version there is an "update" or "refresh" option which adds recently gained energy points to their profile. I'm not sure how often this needs pressing - or even if it exists on the iPad - but it might explain what is happening.

Thank you! I need to have her log on with the web version and give it a try! Appreciate it! I don't think it's vital to their learning progress, but anything to keep it interesting and goal-centered.
* side note, you share my Dad's name and the same spelling and I was wondering why my dad answered my question and what he was doing in Khan Academy.. I might have cabin fever. -
That worked, Allan! Thanks so much!

Linda - thanks making me laugh!
