Student's who can not read

I am a private school teacher with 18 students and no para. Quite a few of my students have reading disabilities and need to be read to. Is there a way to set it up that the program will read the questions and answers to the students? Or a program I can set up that will do it for them. Since there is so many of them it is very hard for me to do all one on one all the time. I try to do groups but since so of them are LFA they need to be able to function on their own at times, So I can give attention to all students who are needing instruction. They know how to use computers and tablets I have spent the year teaching this to them. They also use MAP Growth and are used to that program reading to them. I also use Headsprout and GetEpic which will read to them. I am just trying to find as many resources to help my students as possible. Thank you ahead of time for your help :)!
