From 2:51pm Jan 7, 2020 until 12:00pm Jan 8, 2020 (PST), Khan Academy experienced a delay in showing learning and progress data in some of our reports.
While the issue has been fixed and all data has been successfully updated behind the scenes, we were not able to display all of the recovered data on your My Progress (students) or Activity Log Tab on individual student report pages (teachers) reports for that time period. Specifically, the Level, Change, and Correct/Total Problems columns won’t show data for this time.
Even though this information isn’t displaying, it was accurately captured and you (or your students) should be at the correct mastery level for any skill worked on during this time.
Measures of learning time have been corrected across all accounts and reports, and all teacher reports outside of the Activity Log Tab on individual student report pages will show accurate information.
While we were able to recover the data, we are disappointed that it isn’t all able to be reflected in all your reports. As a silver lining, this situation did expose some technical gaps that we’re eager to learn from and address.
