khan academy isn't logging my time?

I agree, this problem is happening to me! From 5:10 my progress hasn't changed although I've been working on it from 5:10 to 6:05. I don't understand why this is happening when it was fine before. I reloaded and shut down the browser but the progress still hasn't changed. I've checked my recently finished and it has the things I just did, but the progress doesn't. I would like to know why this is happening and how to stop this-- I need to log time in for work and this is a problem.

Same thing happend to me today i started around 2:30 ish and am still working on it now it has the stuff i did at like 4 but anything else is gone i took a screenshot of it hope this pic will help

If there are any technical issues in any area of Khan Academy, you can send in a Support Ticket to the Khan Academy Support Staff - they'll be able to help you there and get your account fixed.

We have made this our highest priority and are currently working diligently on identifying and resolving this issue so your progress page will reflect the correct progress you have made on Khan Academy.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue with activity minutes not being registered on the Progress report. I’m happy to say that it has now been resolved.

To add a little more context on the situation, we were able to fix the issue so your correct progress will be displayed going forward, and all data has been successfully updated in the affected accounts, however, we were not able to display all of the recovered data on your My Progress (students) or Activity Log Tab on individual student report pages (teachers) reports for that time period. Specifically, the Level, Change, and Correct/Total Problems columns won’t show data for this time. I understand that this is not an ideal situation, and we sincerely apologize that we were unable to display this data.

If you’d like to know more about what happened, and the specific areas affected, please refer to this community post. We will also be updating this page with any new developments.

Hello i am having a problem where my minutes don't show up i am not sure why this is happening is there any way i could fix it?

Umm ive been doing khan for 30+ min. and its only counted for 6 does anybody know why?

Same thing happening for last 2 weeks for one of my kids. Logging various times daily, Activity Overview showing 49 exercise minutes and 117 total. Many more entries showing no time logged.

My grand daughter is experiencing similar, as stated above.    When adding the sum of the minutes listed by item, the total does not equal the Total Learning minutes.   This makes it very difficult to follow and confirm that she is doing the work she states that she is.   She is frustrated, as well.   I watched her to do work for over 25 minutes and after completing it, the Total Learning minutes did not change.  I checked the following day, allowing for the system to cache and still no change.   Please advise.

Hi, this is also happening to my daughters. Both of them are showing zeros for most of the activities they completed. It's becoming almost impossible to track their work without any updated progress. Please advise. Thanks!
