I appreciate how Sal (among other instructors) does not hide his mistakes. I have watched many videos where he is outlining a problem, which he very obviously understands, but misspeaks while describing it. There are even times when he makes minor errors in his calculations; rather than upload a new video that removes the error, notes are added to point out and correct the mistake. It is encouraging to know that even the most brillant & fluent make these mistakes, to those struggling with comprehension, AND to those making silly mistakes in haste.

Thank you for taking this honest and real approach!

The problem with the notes is that they don't appear on the app version videos.

Sometimes, he has done a short video showing the correct information. This is a more acceptable way to do this to be inclusive of all viewers. An example is in Cosmology and astronomy -> Life on earth and in the universe -> Humanity on earth. The first video is Understanding calendar notation. The correction video is Correction calendar notation. I caught the error in the original video but thought it was my misunderstanding. After I watched the second video, I realized that I was the one that was correct.

Exactly. It is rare when he does it though, and overall, Sal Khan is a great teacher.
