Option to Remove 'Confidence' Prompt

Is there an option to remove the confidence prompt after answering each practice question?

I found it useful in the beginning, but as I dig more into my practice it has become a distraction. I anticipate that it is going to pop up after I select something and sometimes I have to click it away as I continue to double-check my answers. This can take away seconds of concentration from each question and can impede practice the more a person may delve into their timing on responses, etc.
