SAT Time Keeping Issue (teacher side)

I put my grades in Friday for time and from Friday to today, the times have changed for each individual student. I have my range set from 10/5-10/11 but the website isn’t telling me the same numbers even though that specific range hasn’t changed. When can I expect the time keeping to be accurate?
