students blocked from joining class roster

Thank you for sharing your concerns! I understand how troublesome this situation is for you all, as you’re unable to enroll some of your students in a class.

This issue is generally due to the fact that the students have child accounts and are not allowed to enroll in a class without their parent's authorization.

In this case, if the student is connected to their parent’s account, the parent will need to adjust the student’s settings for them to be enrolled in your class.

To do so, please advise their parent to follow these steps:

1. Log into your parent account and click on their name at the top right.

2. From the drop-down menu choose Settings.

3. On the Settings page, scroll down to Child accounts and click the Settings button next to the child's username

4. On their child's Settings, scroll down to Coaches and enable the Can add other coaches feature.

If there are no parents tied to the account, the support team can adjust this setting for the student, so they can enroll in a class. To submit a support ticket, please click here.
