On the old student progress page, it used to show me the amount of minutes students had spend working on Khan Academy. When I checked my students' progress today the minutes column is no longer there. I use the minutes they are working on Khan Academy as part of their grade for the quarter. Any help would be appreciated.

We need this information too. It is frustrating every September when Khan changes the reports when schools are using their tool to assess students. Please bring back the old progress report. One report with all the information, in one place, not several different pages/reports to get the information.
I agree, losing the progress minutes is a HUGE set back for my classroom. I require 30 minutes a week and I am no longer able to check that. The learning minutes are not matching up with what my students are tracking for their time on Khan either. Please bring back the progress minutes!
On another note, why is the activity tab no longer there? I never understood the difference between progress minutes and activity minutes, but I would use the higher of the two when determining scores. Now the activity is missing as well.
First, thank you Khan for giving us this opportunity to provide additional supports for our students. Khan Academy has cut my math workload a bunch!!!
In everything that you are trying to do for so many people with so few people, I know it's hard to keep up. This all said and meant sincerely, I work in a very low-income school and my students are getting merit pay based on what they do on Khan Academy at home each week. It is amazing to see these students step up to the plate and then get extra pay at the end of the month. They are learning a lot from both Khan and from running their own finances.
Now that the option to see their time spent at home is gone, we're trying to find a new method for merit pay but nothing comes out to provide the same type of earning based on hard work.
Please either tell us that the at home and at school option is not coming back or tell us when we will get it again.

Over the summer, Khan Academy completed an overhaul on how we measure learning time throughout the site. This was a large, multi-team effort which resulted in a powerful update to our reporting accuracy, consistency, and it better sets our platform up for long-term sustainability.
However, because this time measurement was used in all of our reporting, it meant that we had to rebuild all our reports from the ground up. While this has resulted in some new functionality that we’re excited about, it also means that we were not able to maintain all of our previous reports.
In order to access the Individual Student Report for your students, please first click on a student’s name from your class roster. You will then be redirected to the Individual Student Logs where you can see exercise minutes, total learning minutes, and an activity log.
The time tracker on this page does not account for time spent navigating on non-learning parts of the website, so you will have a more accurate representation of the time your students have spent engaged in learning.
Students can also see this page by going to their profile page and clicking on “Progress.”
Please note that, because the majority of the information found in these previous reports are available in the Class Overview and Individual Student Reports, the student progress reports for videos, activities, and focus will no longer be available.

I’d also like to point out that data recorded before the end of August 2019 is not yet available in the newly-released reports. Our team focused on releasing critical changes to the reporting, including the most recent and setup of future time tracking data, which is why we are currently unable to provide the predating data.
Please know that this overhaul is an ongoing initiative, and our next steps will be adding the previous time data to the newly-released reports. We estimate that the missing data will be restored by November 1st, 2019.
Lastly, I do want to be upfront and acknowledge that even with these explanations there’s probably parts of this update that are not what you were hoping for - and if the team was able to, they would have chosen to rebuild all of the previous reporting that we had. Unfortunately, we were limited by the size of the team and the need to get out critical infrastructure changes now. At the end of the day, we decided that the investment in the long-term accuracy and stability of our platform was the highest priority, even if it came with painful consequences.
That said, we are collecting all the feedback that comes in through this support channel, and the product team has also set up a dedicated form that they’ll be using to help inform our future development, which I really encourage you to fill out.
