Contact hours per course?

Hi all -

Is there any way to find out how many hours of video or how many estimated contact hours of material are in a given course?

I have some deadlines I am working with, and I am trying to figure out how to schedule my math study appropriately across linear algebra, calculus, and statistics. It would really help if I knew approximately how many hours of linear algebra video, calculus video, etc, there were, so I could speed up the video if needed, skip slower sections, or pick and choose the topics I need to fill in particular skill gaps. Does anyone know how I might find out this information?

Hi Jess,

Here are the total video times for each of the courses you listed:
- Linear Algebra - 32 Hours 57 Minutes 15 Seconds
- Differential Calculus - 25 Hours 51 Minutes 23 Seconds
- Statistics - 38 Hours 36 Minutes 56 Seconds

Are these figures up to date, particularly for Calculus, or have a lot of videos been added since this answer? Just proportioning it per topic, it looks more like 600+ videos now and at 6 minutes per video that would be considerably more than about 26 hours. Of course, it could be I'm picking on an unrepresentative topic for my estimate.

As of February 2022, the Differential Calculus course has 249 videos with a total runtime of 25hr 36min.

Good afternoon. It would be really helpful if you could add the estimated runtime to each course -- not only at the course level but also the chapters and sub-chapters.

Do you have the estimated runtime for the Multivariable Calculus course?
