Cannot Login to Khan Academy Kids App

Hi,

I've created a parent account and I have added my five year old son. My son is unable to login to the mobile app because he doesn't have an email address. And I am unable to login to the app for him because my email address is tied to my Parent account.

Please help!

Hi there,

The reason why your child is not able to log into the app is that Khan Academy and Khan Kids run in different platforms, therefore, a regular Khan Academy account will not work in the Khan Kids app. You will need to create an account in the app for your child to save their activities.

If you have any other questions, please submit a support ticket for the Khan Kids team and they will be able to help you.
