Khan Academy partially blocked in my country (partially)

I live in Kazakhstan, and it has very dump blocking system. So issue is that some how khanacademy statics got banned. Exactly this js script https://www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-WSX5PBP

(I looked up in chrome dev mode)

This script don't load because some political incorrect app or site used this domain googletagmanager.com. 

KhanAcademy please make a workaround for blocked script.

I know that using vpn I can download this script in cashe and no problems after. But for poor kids of Kazakhstan this means no good quality education(we have a disaster in education because of corruption).
