I have two kids but I can't retrief their account. I want to delete all including mind and start all over if that is possible

Hi Ernestine,

It's possible that you could get back into the account(s), submit a help request so that the team can help you try to regain access. If you'd like to delete your Khan Academy account, this article has more information on how to go about doing that.
