Make video explanaton for every single question!

I know this could be really hard for khan academy to handle or apply but it will be extremely helpful for us (students)!! with all respect and support for Khan's project, some questions really need it's own video explanation, related explanation samples sometime doesn't do the job.If it's hard for the company to do these videos, there are plenty of plans that could help this problem! for example making a competition for students recording video explanation for every question and the best ones get chosen and rewarded. By this competition you could help both: students who is studying and need specific question-based explanation and smart students getting rewarded and having the opportunity to upload their explanation on this worldwide website!
