Suggestions Needed

My name is Britanie, I'm new here. I signed my family up about two weeks ago. On one of the first days we worked on some stuff it was in the middle of the storm. It was so bad that it actually knocked out the internet. So when we got back a few days later, said kids profile was wonky. It says he's watched  videos and mastered certain things i know for sure we have not gone over. In fact, there were some lessons where taking the simple practice tests were not an option, only the mastery quizzes; he did watch some of the videos in those sections, but not all. I'm not able to go back and have him watch videos and take the practice tests because it says hes mastered those things (he has not). Im not sure what i need to do here but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
