What level do you have when you've finished the general Biology course?

Generally, in the US, regular Biology is taken in 9th grade most of the time.  It sometimes can be taken in the 10th or 8th, but it really depends on the person and what courses they have taken.

My question is:

On what level of biology are you when you've completed the Khan Academy Biology course. (so not the Khan academy AP Biology or the  Khan academy High School Biogoly course, but the extensive longer one).

Or do you mean that at the end of the course you have a "9th grade level of biology" ?

Yes, if you complete the regular Biology course on Khan, you'd be at about a 9th grade level.

So then I googled: "AP gives students the chance to tackle college-level work while they're still in high school and earn college credit and placement." - https://ap.collegeboard.org/

And since the general course is more extensive than the AP, and the AP is college-level work to do in high school for advance placement. I guess its college level and not 9th grade?

But I'm not sure so I wanted to hear from Khan Academy to be shure. Please do correct and explain if i'm wrong!

Thank you for clarifying!  I thought you were talking about a regular school biology course.  You are correct, on Khan Academy, the Biology course is a bit more advanced then normal, so I'd say if you take it, you'd be at an 11th or 12th grade level of science (presuming you haven't learned anything beyond that level), but this is also subject to the learner, because again, it depends on what you already know, and what grade you're already in.
