Is the math courses are structured as the way to be study from start top to bottom in order?

I see that your confused on what to study next after Precalculus, if you have no doubts whatsoever in Precalculus and have understood the topics very well then you can move forward to 'AP Calculus BC' section and study the topics in order.

In this section, all topics are included, limits, differential and integral calculus, calculus 1, calculus 2 and AP Calculus AB. This section also has more videos and practice exercise to offer compared to others for a particular topic.

I want to finish to the rest of Statistics and probability, but not sure when I could. I can’t ask you every time for this. Is there a big roadmap that I would guide me as a reference?

Since you want to learn about 'Poisson Distribution', take a note of what all topics you think you need to revise that is the basis of this topic. As you mentioned one of the topics it includes is 'Limits', you can search for this topic on KA and study it. Limits is covered at the very start of Differential Calculus course. 

Like this, study topics one by one, once you're done, then you can move on to study where you started, 'Poisson Distribution'.

That sound like a decent idea. Actually, I tried to study the limit for Poisson Distribution first, then I find that I don't know anything about vector, so I just decided to study whole precalculus. Maybe it was the best static after all.

Yes, I am glad that it helped you out. Topic like these our mixture of lots of topics makes it complicated a bit to understand but all we need to do is revise those topics and practice it and this actually also helps build a stronger intuition of those topics and ultimate helps us understand what we wanted to study in the first place.
