Students are saying they log on to start a recommended task on SAT practice and they have to do it all again if they don't finish it. For example, they get to questions 11 out of 13 and have to stop. When they go back, it starts back at 1. Is this true? If so, how do they save forward progress? Do they have to get to a certain point?
Hello Rachel! Here to help you out! I see you're facing some issues on our SAT. You want the students progress to be saved as they progress through test, and that's how it should be.
On our SAT, there are several practice sessions, if you could be more specific that on which practice or test you're having the progress difficulty, it would be easy for us to address the solution of it. A screenshot of it would be awesome.
