RESOLVED: "Uh oh, it looks like we ran into an error. You need to refresh. If this problem persists, tell us." This issue had took me to this page, so here I am reporting an issue. Our internet is technically really bad. But, after submitting my answer in the Mastery Challenge in Missions and shows my answer is correct and immediately it shows the issue quoted above. And this occurs for every single problem! I just refresh though and it correctly identifies my progress and shows the next question. I don't just want to constantly refresh. Please solve my issue as soon as you can, Khan Academy team. I have been a KA Member for over 4 years, and have never seen anything like this. Please contribute to this chat if this situation still is constantly happening.

I have the same problem after I complete each question in the mastery challenge it asks to refresh or tell us. If I complete a question in the practice section the screen proceeds to the course page, (does not continue to next question).

RECENT UPDATE: Oh, hey. I also noticed that the progress of the skill DOES NOT change when either failing the question or successfully completing the question. So if you are in Level Two and got a question wrong, you don't go to Level One. And vice versa when getting it correct.

I've also requested the KA Team to resolve the issue.

I've noticed this issue thoroghout the KA website, from 3rd grade Math to Arithmetic to 7th grade Math as I was trying to master all of the Math portion.

It shows that this "Post is pending approval". This means that the KA Team will resolve this issue any time now.

@Chris Looker, Hmm... It takes you to the course page, huh? That is similar to our issue.

I saw this:

But i'm not accessing this content from another location, in fact, i haven't even done the challenge before!

Edit: refresh and it works!
