I downloaded Khan Academy on my sons tablet. When logging in, it takes you to the screen to sign up using your Google, Facebook, or email credentials. Below that it says "Already a user?" And yes, he is. That is what we need to click so we can enter his credentials. But it does not do anything when we touch "Already a user?" So... we cannot use the app with his profile. Please help us get past this.

Everly B, we were able to figure out the issue we were having. I was trying to log my son in on his tablet with the tablet horizontal. There was no way to scroll down. When we unlocked the screen and put it vertical we were able to see the sign in button at the bottom and log my son in. Maybe this will help you.
