Based on feedback our teachers shared with us, Khan Academy has launched a new feature that will allow you to see what content you have assigned or scheduled to your class! We know that it can be hard to keep track of all assignments, especially if you teach multiple classes, and we wanted to make it easier for you to see what content you have already assigned for that class.
The Assigned and the Scheduled indicators will appear next to the content on the Assign tab on your class page shortly after you create or schedule an assignment for the whole class or just for a few students.
The Assigned indicator will appear next to every content assigned to your student(s) enrolled in that class (including past due assignments), while the Scheduled indicator will appear next to every content that you assigned for a future date. One important thing to note is that if you delete the assignment, you’ll no longer see the Assigned indicator next to that content.

I hope I am not oversimplifying your problem but if you go to one of your classes, you should see an assignments tab. If you click on the Tab- you should see a list of all the topics you assigned, the date the assignment is due as well as the date you assigned it. You can edit the assignments if you wish and it will not change the progress any individual student has already made on that assignment.

THanks so much for your response and quick help. The only thing that comes up is the title of the assignment, not the standard or strand it's associated with. I was hoping to find somewhere that had it documented which assignments/standards I'd already assigned so I could avoid reassigning them without having to click between Kahn Academy windows. Not sure if that makes sense. I'm sure I can find a work around that involves screen shots or printing but I'd love something more obvious if it's available.
