Do you have a suggestion on the best way to assess student progress in Khan Academy Mappers?
I absolutely love that this kind of differentiation could happen in the classroom, my fear is that without the accountability piece, it won't be taken seriously by the students and they will just keep clicking random answers.
OHQ ...I may be completely off track. If I am, I apologize in advance. When you say "Khan Academy Mappers" are you talking about something similar to the Scholastic "Math Inventory" score? If yes, I don't see a direct correlation in Khan Academy...although someone is trying to build a tool to do this (...seachable in Khan Academy with "mapper"...) I take my students MAP recommendations and use key words to find lessons in Khan Academy to assign to individual students. When I am my very best teacher-self, I train my students to find suitable review lessons in Khan Academy for goals that they set using MAP recommendations.
