Evaluation queue has been cleared - thanks to everyone who helped!

Today, the evaluation queue has been cleared. This means that no projects are waiting for an evaluation, and any project submitted can be handled almost immediately. This is enormously helpful, as there have been points where people would have to wait months for their project evaluated. 

I would like the thank everyone who has delivered an evaluation for making this team effort possible. No one person could have accomplished this alone.
