Highlighting the borders of skills that changed in mastery after completing a course challenge/unit test/mastery challenge

After finishing a test, users are presented with something akin to the following if they click on Show:

I suggest that colored borders be applied around each skill that changed in mastery: green for an increase; red for a decrease. This would help, for example, with determining at a glance which units require more attention from the user. A mockup image for an individual unit can be found below:
